AI-native product venture

Less interface. More useful action.

doc.technology OÜ develops Ministerium, a modular orchestration platform for specialized AI-native services. We build products that reduce interaction friction, connect conversation to authoritative workflow state, and progressively move from answering questions to delivering useful outcomes.

Venture direction

AI services should fit where life and work already happen.

Ministerium is guided by two long-term design principles. They are not rigid rules, but they shape how we evaluate products, integrations and technical choices.

Principle 01

Zero-UI integration

Where appropriate, capabilities should be embedded directly into the environments, workflows, browsers, applications and systems where users already operate—rather than forcing adoption of another dedicated interface.

Principle 02

From answer engine to action / service engine

The goal is to move beyond generating answers and recommendations toward safely orchestrating useful actions and services, with explicit authorization, traceability and human control where needed.

Platform

Ministerium

Ministerium is the common architecture behind our specialized AI services. It separates channel, orchestration, vertical logic, model choice and operational state so that products can evolve without unnecessary lock-in.

User environmentWeb, mobile, QR, messaging, voice or existing third-party interfaces.
Conversation + contextDialogue, instructions, memory, session context and intent handling.
Vertical workflowDomain-specific logic for learning, ordering, transport or future services.
Model layerMulti-provider inference routes selected according to task, cost and capability.
Authoritative stateStructured data, observability, permissions, cost and service state.
Actions + servicesExternal tools, APIs, transactions, notifications and controlled execution.
Default design bias: when two viable approaches exist, prefer the one that reduces UI friction and moves the service toward safely delivering outcomes rather than only returning information.
Selected ventures

One core, several specialized services.

Ministerium is being validated through distinct verticals with different users, economics and operational constraints.

ST

Socratic Tutoring

An AI-assisted tutoring environment designed to guide reasoning rather than simply return answers.

  • Socratic questioning and adaptive guidance
  • Context retention and understanding-gap detection
  • Controlled public validation in education
C2

Ctwo

Conversational self-ordering for hospitality and service situations where existing systems are too rigid, expensive or heavy to deploy.

  • Contextual menus that extend the selling surface
  • Native multilingual interaction, including voice
  • Provider-controlled order state and payment handoff
CC

CHAT CARGO

A functional demonstrator exploring how unstructured freight conversations can become structured transport requests inside existing operational workflows.

  • Operational tool, not freight intermediation
  • Designed for rapid partner-led adaptation
  • Currently seeking sector validation and design partners
Service-side AI

When the agent meets the service

Many AI agents approach services from the user side. Ministerium explores the complementary direction: making the service itself AI-native, with conversation connected to authoritative service state and controlled action.

Current phase

Validate, partner, scale

Our immediate focus is practical evidence: real-user testing, cost and quality measurement, commercial and operational partners, and repeatable paths from prototype to useful service.

Company
